One of the fromer owners of the Scotia Bar died after a long illness, for a time he was the owner of the Clutha bar as well Brendan McLaughlin will be remebered for the songs he wrote and sang in many folk bars in Glasgow. RIP Brendan..  Brendans fuenral will be at 3pm at the Linn Crematorium and after the service all are invited to the clutha to remeber Brendan and all the happy memories.  Anyone who can't be there a webcast will be avalible.
